 We can help determine the best solution.

We start by discussing your needs… For instance, do you want a more washable paint?

Our Interior Painting Process

interior painting preparation

Before starting to prepare our workspace we…

  • Move and protect furniture

  • Cover all floors with drop cloths

  • Fill all nail holes

  • Caulk all joints (if painting trim)

  • Repair all cracks, seams, and drywall

  • Remove all outlet and switch covers

  • Remove window treatments

  • Remove lights/ceiling fans and clean them before reinstalling (in most cases if painting ceilings}

  • Remove, clean and paint all cold air return grates

Once all surfaces are prepped, cleaned and ready for paint we…

  • Brush and roll two finish coats of the desired color

  • Make sure all cut-in lines are straight (not leaving any misses, sags or drips}

  • Clean up our dropcloths

  • Vacuum and/or dust

  • Return furniture to its proper location

  • Rehang window treatments

  • Leave you to enjoy your beautiful new paint job for years to come

“Precision Painting has painted my inside three times and did my outside for the second time in June.The first time it lasted ten years and still didn’t look to bad. Its hard to find good service people in this day and age and they were great to work with and will us again…and again.”
